Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions women ask most before getting started.
That’s a completely normal place to start. A lot of women come to coaching because they’ve lost touch with what they want, not because they already have it figured out. Part of the work is simply making space to ask the question honestly.
I can’t promise to understand every detail of your specific situation, but I can promise to listen without judgment, take what you share seriously, and give you space to think it through at your own pace.
If you’re reading this page and something in it feels familiar, it’s worth exploring — even just through a Free Mini Session, with no obligation beyond that.
That feeling is one of the most common reasons women reach out for coaching in the first place. You don’t have to have people in your life who fully understand what you’re going through to still deserve a space where you’re heard.
Life coaching is a collaborative space focused on the present and future — helping you think through decisions, clarify what you want, and take intentional steps toward it. It’s client-led, meaning you set the direction and I help you think it through, rather than telling you what to do.
Coaching isn’t therapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial care. Therapy often focuses on healing and processing the past; coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next. If you’re also working with a therapist, coaching can complement that — but it isn’t a replacement for it.
No, coaching is collaborative, not directive. I’ll ask questions, offer honest reflection, and sometimes respectfully challenge avoidance or self-doubt — but the decisions are always yours.
No, six months or longer is a helpful benchmark for women who want time to see real change, but it’s not required. You can start with a single session and decide what’s next from there.
Each 50-minute session is a conversation — checking in on what’s happened since you last met, working through a current challenge or decision, and ending with either a small next step or a bit more clarity. Both count as progress.
Yes, all coaching, including the Free Mini Session, happens virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere.
It’s a free, 30-minute conversation over a video call — low-pressure, with no obligation to continue. You’ll get a feel for what coaching with me is like, and you’ll leave with at least one useful insight or small step, whether or not you decide to move forward.
That’s okay, and it happens. What matters most is what you feel — if coaching with me doesn’t feel right, I want you to trust that and walk away, no explanation needed.
No coach can honestly promise that, and I won’t either. What coaching can offer is a consistent space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make more intentional choices — what you do with that is up to you.
Life happens, and I get it — but sessions do require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, and sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed entirely, still count as used. Monthly packages have a few additional details around rollover sessions and weekly limits. You can find the full policy on our Terms and Conditions page.
From time to time, coaching may pause briefly for planned time off, which is communicated in advance. This is already factored into monthly pricing, so those weeks aren’t discounted or made up. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Still have a question we didn’t cover? Reach out directly, or start with a Free Mini Session to talk it through.
