What Coaching With Kindled Within Looks Like
A collaborative space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make choices that actually feel like yours.

Find Your Voice. Use Your Voice. Live Your Voice.
Find Your Voice — A place to speak honestly about what’s on your mind, without needing to defend it first.
Use Your Voice — Practice saying what you want and setting boundaries, clearly and without apology.
Live Your Voice — Make choices, big or small, that reflect the life you actually want to live.
What a Session Looks Like
A 50-minute session is a conversation, not a checklist. Together, we’ll:
- Check in on what’s happened since you last met
- Talk through a current decision, challenge, or hope
- Celebrate what’s gone well — and talk honestly about what hasn’t
- Practice a self-compassion
- Walk away with either one small next step, or simply more clarity
Not every session ends in an action step, and that’s okay. Gaining clarity or forgiving yourself for an imperfect choice is real progress too.

What Coaching Is Not
To keep things clear: coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical, legal, or financial advice. It’s not Hannah directing your choices.
If you’re looking for clinical support, coaching can complement that, but it isn’t a replacement for it. (See our full Coaching Disclaimer for more detail.)
Meet Hannah
For years, I believed something that wasn’t true: that I couldn’t think for myself. I waited for other people to tell me what was right, what was safe, what I should want — and I followed their lead, even when it left me unfulfilled.
At some point, I got tired of that. I felt trapped — like no matter what I did, it was never quite enough. I was doing everything I could to keep everyone around me okay, and I still felt like I was failing somehow. Like I wasn’t measuring up, no matter how hard I tried.
The truth is, I couldn’t control most of what I was trying so hard to control. And I was making myself responsible for things that were never mine to fix alone.
So I sought help. I found support groups and worked with therapists and coaches. The thing that surprised me most wasn’t the advice — it was being seen. Sitting with other women and realizing: I wasn’t crazy. I wasn’t making this up. What I felt made sense.
That was the beginning of a hard season. I made a difficult decision to separate from my marriage. I lived with my parents for a while, then in a good friend’s basement for what was supposed to be four months and turned into six. I’m grateful to her more than she probably knows.
Eventually I rebuilt — in a new city, without a car for a while, learning to take the bus everywhere, slowly finding my footing again.
Life is tough enough without carrying it by yourself — I learned that the hard way. Having people who saw me, believed me, and reminded me I wasn’t alone made all the difference in finding my way back to myself.
That’s exactly why I created Kindled Within Coaching. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it’s like to need a space where you’re heard, and where your voice — the one you may have quieted for years — finally gets to matter again.
If This Sounds Like You
Maybe you’ve never put it into words quite like this. But if some part of this feels familiar — the sense that you’re doing everything “right” and still feel disconnected from your own voice — I’d love to talk with you.
